On April 6, 2016, the Planning Committee hosted the staff of the City’s Planning Department in a discussion of the process for codifying the University Area Plan into the Commercial Overlay code that applies to development in this area. Special topics of interest centered on what the timeline will be be for the various tasks that must be completed, and opportunities for the public to have input as the codification process continues.
